to be heard
We all need someone who truly listens. In some periods of life more, in others less. When you need it, I am here fully present and attentive. I listen to you.
In our conversations, I draw from yoga philosophy and the way it invites us to meet life with awareness, acceptance, and a willingness to understand what moves within us. I gently guide you to listen inward, to dare to feel what is there, and to see possible paths forward. But above all, I create a safe space where you can speak freely, settle, and be heard.
Before we begin, I say:
